Tevorx provides web development, branding, hosting, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or agreement between Tevorx and the client.
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, and access needed to complete a project, and for the accuracy of information supplied to us. Delays caused by incomplete or late input may affect project timelines.
Fees, payment schedules, and milestones are agreed in writing before a project begins. Late payment may result in a pause of work until outstanding amounts are settled.
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final deliverables created specifically for them, excluding any third-party tools, libraries, stock assets, or Tevorx’s own reusable frameworks, which remain the property of their respective owners.
We aim to deliver services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, Tevorx’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Projects may rely on third-party platforms, hosting providers, or plugins. Tevorx is not responsible for outages, changes, or issues originating from third-party services outside our direct control.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice, subject to payment for work completed up to the date of termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
